added Customer BillPay
feature to it's service. This enables Touch-Pay Advanced
merchants to offer the feature
which allows their customers to call in to the secure Touch-Pay Advanced toll-free phone umber
to make payments via their Touch-tone phone. When payment is made the customer
will record a vocal authorization granting permission for the merchant's gateway
to charge their card and this audio/vocal authorization is stored on Touch-Pay Advanced's servers.
And as with all transactions, the merchant's gateway will deposit funds into the
merchant's existing bank account in the standard amount of time.
Merchants also have an option to be alerted via instant mobile text message and/or
email when their customer makes a payment via their touch-tone phone, this allows
real time monitoring and notification for your customers when they make payments.
All merchants may login and create new accounts for
different users, this feature is useful for the online
merchant that has either a trade show with multiple sales
reps. or has to send multiple service reps to various
customer's sites.
